ALLAppointments:

Speak with office staff for preliminary screening over the phone and schedule an appointment.
Non-urgent appointments will be scheduled and conducted via Telemedicine (Facetime, Duo, Doxy, Doximity).
- Patients do not need to come to the office for Telemedicine appointments.

IN-OFFICE Appointments:

Speak with office staff for preliminary screening over the phone and schedule an appointment.
Face coversare MANDATORY: We encourage you to bring your own or you can use one we provide.
Please remain in your vehicle after arriving at the office. Call the office (above) to notify staff of your arrival.
Office staff will come outside to conduct precautionary screenings.
You will be escorted into the office for your appointment.
