ALL Appointments:
Speak with office staff for preliminary screening over the phone and schedule an appointment.
Non-urgent appointments will be scheduled and conducted via Telemedicine (Facetime, Duo, Doxy).

IN-OFFICE Appointments:

Please remain in your vehicle after arriving at the office. Call the office to notify staff of your arrival.
Office staff will come outside to conduct precautionary screenings.
​You will be escorted into the office for your appointment.
